Free shipping on orders $100+ (before taxes, after discounts).

Exception – Boots: a flat $13.95 shipping fee applies to any order containing boots (this fee applies even if the order is $100+).

Remote provinces (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador) are excluded.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (we do not provide prepaid labels).

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for custom/personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, or perishable goods.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
